This video shows a motorcycle running on a specially produced, electrolyzed water-fuel.

The exhaust emission test shows carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide particles but the inventor says that this is because of the motor oil used to lubricate the engine and not because there’s any form of fossil fuel used.

Some will believe, many will joke with it but there’s a fact that, with the exception of oil industry leaders, H2O to fuel conversion is a dream that everyone desires to come true.
